About Our Shipping
USA Shipping Times:
In most cases, if you placed your order before 2pm Mountain Standard Time, it will be shipped out the same day. In rare cases it may be delayed until the next day.
Generally, any order which weighs 4 lbs or less will be mailed via US
Postal Service by either Priority Mail or Media Mail. In this case shipments
should arrive in 3-10 days.
An order weighing over 4 pounds will usually be shipped UPS ground.
These shipments will take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive, depending
on your proximity to Colorado, our home state. (Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska,
and Puerto Rico are usually sent out USPS, not UPS, no matter the weight.)
Canada Shipping Times:
Most Canada shipments are dispatched by the next business day from London, ON, and should arrive within two to ten business days, depending on your location.
Australia and New Zealand Shipping Times:
Orders to Australia and New Zealand are generally posted the same business day they are received. Orders are dispatched from Colorado, USA and should arrive within six to ten business days.
Malaysia Shipping Times:
Orders to Malaysia are generally posted the same business day they are received. Orders are dispatched from Colorado, USA and should arrive within ten to fifteen business days.
